My Workers' Comp case completely turned my life upside down, and I’m incredibly grateful to Ms. Karen Lowell for stepping in to represent me. Not only did my attorney vanish without a word for well over a month of frantically attempting to reach my council for maternity leave, but immediately after the mediation she bailed the case in a way that has left me entirely unable to obtain further council for the remainder of the issue which now 3 years after getting injured on shift has me still not ever seeing a penny for the injury and my resume destroyed making obtaining a new job that I can preform with my now disability nearly impossible. The lack of professionalism with all this is crazy. Do not use these guys, get someone who can remain within the bounds of ethical operation who doesn’t just see you as a number.
