I hired Jerry a few years ago when my children’s mother and I were setting up child custody agreements with each other. Jerry was upfront and honest with both of us; told us the cold hard truth as to what we could possibly expect to hear from the judge despite our wishes. He worked well with us, He was on time, kept it professional great communication and was overall great to deal with. I have no complaints and would recommend him.

Jerry is an outstanding person and an excellent attorney for the Aberdeen Community. I personally have had the pleasure of working with him on a few occasions. He is upfront, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, when some people’s expectations or personal gains are not met, they are quick to point fingers, especially in this profession. I would say that a 1 star review is quite drastic and most likely falls into the above category. I fully endorse Jerry McNeary as a reputable attorney and can confirm that he does his job and does it well. Period.

This guy is a bumbling idiot. He will demand an enormous retainer, and lie to your face while he does less than the bare minimum for you. Don't walk, RUN from this short-bus doormat attorney's representation. The abysmal reviews he's gotten are accurate, and the 5 star review he got is from his wife...

this does not work in the least, this gentleman only collects money to do NOTHING is quite absurd I do not recommend in the least, you will lose your money in vain, look for better option
