He took $3,000 from us from the beginning to about a quarter or half of the way through our process, and then canceled our case while the process was still ongoing, and the only reason was that we delayed the payment. I can swear that he doesn't understand anything about this profession; all they do is take money from people and then abandon the case at the slightest problem.
