I worked with Mahyar personally on generating an LLC Operating Agreement. Although it took a little more time than I expected, the finished product was excellent. I highly recommend this firm.

This is not a boring and impersonal law office. Justin, the office manager, as well as several of the women, are so kind and caring, you forget you're speaking with a law office. They are extremely knowledgeable, as well. I really felt that Justin genuinely cares about this problem situation I'm experiencing with a contractor. They do not want to take your money, for nothing and will only have your best interest in mind. The amount of resource that Justin was simply out of the kindness of his heart as I have not retained this office was amazing. Particularly considering the climate of 2025 and everybody is only worried about themselves. Mayhar and her firm were in charge of helping a company I am still %20 owner of draw up a buy sell agreement l ( no purchase necessary ) . I called her secretary and told her I was with Cura and I was the associate of Seth Fenn. She then went on telling me I had called and what their plan was to eliminate me from said company. Nobody is a criminal until you get lawyers involved . I would never trust these people for your business .
