We are 25 year Bolingbrook residents in our second home here in Bolingbrook. We are raising our family here. Never would I have ever thought that we would have to deal with this type of situation, but thankfully we contacted Joe! We hired a contractor to do a major home improvement project. The contractor did their installation work so bad we had over 16K in repairs to correct what they did, they refused to correct. AND because we signed a contract, this contractor felt entitled to full payment and sued us for not making our final payment. We are so thankful we found Joe. After Joe heard our story, he first tried to make contact with this business and do some quick negations to resolve so we didn't have to retain him. Unfortunately, this contractor wouldn't corporate and was still holding us to the contract. We retained Joe and he ended up being worth every penny spent!
