The whole team is superior. Carter, Shayne and Robert have been a pleasure to deal with. They had my sister’s life in their hands - literally - and they did everything they could to help her. My mother passed away and Transamerica wasn't honoring my mothers life insurance policy. She had consistently made payments for over 15 years! I contacted Gianelli & Morris through their website for assistance on a dispute with my PPO insurance carrier. Within minutes, one of their attorneys called me to review my dispute. Even though my case was an (ERISA) employer sponsored insurance case that they do not handle, the attorney took the time to suggest my other options.
