Dustin is definitely a fighter, but that doesn’t mean it’s in the best interest of someone’s kids. He definitely got a lot of money out of my ex, pushing him to fight every little thing. Which they lost in the long run. It drug out a situation for 3 years, putting my kids lives in limbo but also so much stress. He didn’t care what was best for his clients kids. An attorney should be a realist and know when to help you mediate a situation - not push you to fight, stonewall and cause heartache and wasted money. They should think of the children. I’m grateful to have attorneys who aren’t money hungry and know when to tell their clients let’s mediate this situation so it doesn’t drag on for your children or for your own sake. Attorneys should be thinking of all aspects if you truly want to help your client. That’s the healthy right thing.

Unresponsive, unmotivated, unaggressive. He has no paralegals or other staff so it's just him. I had to tell him I was going to look at other lawyers before he would get up and do anything which happened a couple times. Cost was 3x more than he stated it should be. Several emails he would never even respond to. Last one I sent over a month ago and nothing. Would not recommend. ***Update 4/25/2024: I received a call but did not answer, then immediately a text from Mr. Gibb about 40 minutes after I posted this review stating “Can we chat”. I texted him back asking him to email me. It is two weeks later and no response or email. Instead he posted a very cold and lawyer type response to my review…. I am doing this so other people have a true and honest review without any influences of retaliation. *** Update 10/15/2024: Gibb never responded back to my text or emails. 🤦🏻‍♂️ choose wisely.
