The Gibbons team helped me secure a win for my son's Ssi case. I truly could not have done this without them. Their comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the process of proving disability was the deciding factor in this working out for my family after years of fighting and confusion on my own. update 1 26 2026...just read this ridiculous reply. I fired your firm you did not step away. You clearly promote bad customer service because if you really cared why not pick up the phone and have a conversation and actually ask what the problem is ... we have not spoken you have an assistant that is clearly overwhelmed to her job i.just know she is not my attorney she was an assistant and was giving me legal advice although she was not an attorney so.why not call and fix it. why are you allowing your assistant to give legal advice when all she is doing is copying papers. I needed to speak to the attorney which NEVER happened. Again you were FIRED... ................... This firm didn't work out for me. I was told my son's case that we have been fighting for years was closed. Not sure what the reason to lie was for. But I received a letter saying it was still open. Then I was told by Jeri that we just need to file a new application after she lied to me. Today I got rid of them she became rude and has lied to my family
