Charles Desmond did nothing for me except waste a year and a half of my time and point my case in the wrong direction. Guy didn’t reply to calls or texts. The insurance had my identity wrong for a year and a half!!!!!! Yes over a year they didn’t even know who I was and had social media against me that wasn’t me!!! Would recommend someone else

My experience was less than satisfactory. I was not kept up to date on my case whatsoever. I was rear ended, had spinal surgery with nerve damage and received $16k after paying him! What a joke!
