I scheduled a consultation with the attorney first with Perryman and then with Gibson. The secretary was very unprofessional and actually very standoffish with me. She’s a redhead named Elizabeth. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday with Attorney Gibson and I was not notified that Gibson would not be there. When I try to explain what the situation was after three conversations, she then said that he was at a deposition and would not be able to see me. After this point, she had the audacity to tell me as a grown individual what I am and I am not going to do. In this instance, I would have appreciate a little respect to call and give me a heads up before I took off of my job. And also the demeanor of Elizabeth also made the initial experience, a bad one. Because of this, I will not be utilizing either attorney services and will be seeking someone else to take my matter up with. If the secretary can’t even get her priorities in line, how can I count on the attorneys to do the same. Very disappointed very taken aback as I already had a bad situation brewing with me. And this made it 10 times worse. I do not recommend based upon the secretary’s actions

I had a consultation set up which was canceled and they assured me they would get back to me to reschedule. They did not, so I called them back. I had talked to one of their lawyers at my court date and she said they could help me after giving her a short run down and I really wanted to meet with them. They scheduled another phone consultation, which I called in for and was told the attorney was on the other line and would call me back which again didn't happen either. Why not just tell me you're too busy? I could have been contacting other people
