I’m not sure where to start when I talk about Giddens Law Firm. John and Shannon were absolutely God sent. I honestly didn’t know what to do when I was rear ended back in 2020 during the height of Covid. I was getting phone calls day after day from the other person’s insurance company that hit me harassing me about the accident and John put a stop to all of that right away. I left him a message and he called me back right away. He wanted to know how I was doing first before any other conversations took place. He did not pressure me into taking him on as my lawyer and when he spoke, it was with a concern and care for you before you became his client. His paralegal Shannon is absolutely incredible. John made sure I was able to get all my appointments needed without a hassle and Shannon made sure every one of them was made. And I did not get another phone call from the other side again.
