I needed to update my estate plan from simple documents prepared from an online kit a decade ago. Loren Eddy was recommended to me by a friend, and I scheduled an appointment. We met after he had reviewed my plans and suggested some changes to simplify the disposition of my assets when the time comes. The estate planning documents and a plan summery were prepared for my review. My few questions were answered with no changes required. We met the next week to sign all of the documents. Having the plan in place has brought me peace of mind. I will definitely use Mr. Eddy in the future if any updates are required.
