If this attorney is so great, it's too bad he offered such a low ball settlement for his client. His client is a contractor of very poor quality of work, who built a concrete driveway for me that ruined it during install. The cost of replacing the driveway and the damage is non repairable and only gets worse, is well over $7,000. The evidence is taller than a mountain esp as his client has caused this damaged to other homes and even emailed about it. Be a better attorney and advise a realistic settlement, which settlement offers are an admission of guilt as we all know. Poor attorney skills.
