I went to Gilman & Allison with a rather unique case concerning my expensive breeding dog that had been lost due to vet negligence. I knew I was fighting an uphill battle from the beginning, but I need to pursue it. We started the case back in 2017 and with changing a judge from elections, Court and Covid delays, we finished it up early this year with a victory. We did the unthinkable and proved the vet was at fault and was proven negligent for my future earnings and previously signed contracts for future pups and studs after losing my breeding dog. I was extremely happy with my representation with all the guys in the firm, especially Mike Prejean who handled most of my case. After my case I felt I lost a family member in the firm as much as we spoke over the years haha. I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend the firm for any of your needs. Even if it's not in their "purview" of normal cases they handle.... I would definitely call them anyway; they may be able to help
