The statute of limitations analysis I believe to be inaccurate and unsupported by the PA Supreme Court as the 7 year repose has been deemed unconstitutional and I also believe the date of the 7 year start period was also not looked at correctly and its unfortunate we could not get past that. The reason I believe Heather’s analysis to be inaccurate is because my father was misinformed and misdiagnosed and discovery on my father’s case to find the cause of his product filling within five years which is still being concealed has not been performed despite my fathers diligence which matters in court for statute of limitations purposes especially since he only recently was properly diagnosing and still does not know the reason for the product failure nonetheless it did in fact fail in a record only 5 years. She was nice however and took the time to explain her position which you can see why I disagree with her saying the statute of limitations passed when it in fact has not. Unfortunately I have to give the firm a one star for alleging to take cases related to misdiagnosis when their review is extraordinary narrow and against my father’s rights especially considering the disabling affect this obvious negligence has had on my father. I question whether they really take misdiagnosis cases and if so what ones are they really looking for. Transparency would really save people their precious time.

We hired Gilman & Bedigian after a car accident we had last fall. From intake through settlement, the firm staff was extremely responsive, helpful, and answered all of our (many) questions. Despite the stressful nature of obtaining counsel and navigating the entire process, we were reassured along the way. We didn’t work with our attorney very much (just through negotiations), but Mark was very communicative and clearly presented all offers.
