I have to warn others of the fact they do not actually take orthopedic malpractice cases they told me only at the end of the intake and after a 40 min intake process discussing a very serious medical malpractice case involving fraudulent concealment, however once the girl started asking grotesque questions I could tell where this was headed and the type of case they looked for. They also gave inaccurate information and said because the product wasn’t on the recall list that it’s a known risk. Installing a grossly large knee is not a known risk. It’s medical malpractice. Product breaking down in 5 years when it’s supposed to last 15-20 is not a known risk. That is completely false and not accurate. That excuse is actually so bad it’s laughable. Especially since we already have actual doctor’s analysis of the case and this firms reasoning is total negligence. Based on their negligent review and the overall misleading experience I had to share just how bad this is.
