Straight up useless at their jobs as ive been trying to get into contact with all three of the people's numbers they give and im glad I saved all interactions with them as my friend said I got a case against these negligent lawyers. They abandoned me without ever "Communicating" which is part of their jobs. Ex: Mri got denied and the lawyer J told me "to just go anyways". What is that, as im not paying for a workplace injury. I also got injury in physical therapy and told them about it and they did nothing to address how to resolve the new injury to my neck. All I truly needed was some help and got none of that, All I asked was for some communication and got none of that, All I asked for was to be treated like a human with compassion aaaaannndddd got none of that.

Don’t waste your time these folk guarantee that they will take care of you and get you the compensation/ impairment rate meanwhile overcharging you at the same time… these people don’t care I’m about your situation just your money if I could give zero stars I would this is one law firm that should be shut down

Worst experience im going through more depression after dealing w/ this firm.

Do Not hire this attorney! I repeat DO NOT HIRE! THEY LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL! My husband is on workmans comp for a injury on his foot that is going to disable him for the rest of his life! The very first phone call to this attorney he hiped it up oh yeah you gotta good case mentions of high dollar settlement! He all of a sudden gets a letter saying that's it and only gets workmans comp pay fir 15 weeks! No settlement at all! He is for the insurance of workmans comp not for his client! When he received the letter all this attorney and his paralegal cared about was what was owed to them leaving us with nothing to live off of! Not to mention my husband went without a check from workmans comp for 6 months they didn't care about that either! They are the worst! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

It's always warning before destruction! Do not ever use this law firm! Jacob do not return phones calls and work with the Workers Comp instead of working with his clients! He messed up my husband's case before we could fire him and now all deadlines have been reached and Awful service!!

Major called me while on a video call and was distracted. He did get my signing papers to me quickly. Before signing i decided to read some reviews and was surprised by them. So i decided to request an appointment and required a confirmation email for appointment. This was a simple request that didn't happen. I sent an email with concerns and got a elementary response, so you wont be making the 3'oclock appointment..... a simple task to make sure it was or wasn't a firm i wanted to use. it wasn't.

Never here back. I wish I could have gone a different route then going with them.

Listened, guided, and professional throughout the fight I had to endure against corrupt Cedar Hill isd. Im glad They are very knowledgeable and patient.

Warning to not waste your time with them or even get any phone calls from them since they destroy life's. Good luck !

Horrible customer service. Before you hire them they are great then once hired horrible. They don't follow up with you and don't follow up with insurance companies. They give you wrong information and simply tell you to be patient. If you win your appeal YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LEGAL FEES AND THEY WILL GARNISH YOUR CHECKS UNTIL PAID THEY LIE WHEN YOU HIRE THEM AND DONT TELL YOU THIS AND IN FACT LIE SAYING EMPLOYER PAYS THEIR FEES. DO NOT USE FOR WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION CLAIMS. Find someone else. Worst experience I have ever had with a law firm!

Takes money, doesn’t respond, rude, and dropped my case 2 days before hearing.

I am in a very complicated case. He stuck it out and won the work man comp case. That is where my problems began. We will see what the Future holds for me.
