Literally will only hear what they want to hear. Trying to get explaining anything to them is like taking to a wall . Good luck getting through to them . Seem they only want slam dunk cases and don’t want to put I the work .

Great sales pitch, no communication, unless you call. For 7 months after accident , he didn’t call to check in, I wasn’t even sure he representing me or not. Makes deals with my insurance company got a check that I didn’t see. He already had the figures before he got my insurance to pay out. I lost my car, went to chiropractor for months.. I got hit by 2 cars. Not my fault. Totaled my car.( 2 years old by the way. ) 20,900$ damage to my car. Do yourself a favor, keep looking. I wish I would have got Misney. 0 star but I wanted to leave a review

I totally loved working with Joe Gioffre, David Jansky, and the rest of the team. They kept in touch, even during COVID-19 closings. The entire office was awesome. When I'd call, I was always greeted as though I was a friend, not just a client. Someone was always available to talk to me. But I didn't have to call often because I never once felt that I was forgotten about. They reached out to me. I also have to add, that I was very comforted with the settlement.
