Attorney Mecadon handled my first home purchase in 2006 and a recent one in Nov. 2024. He is always kind, friendly, professional, prompt in responses, and with appointments. If the case is long over, I can call him with questions and he responds. If the topic you need is outside his expertise, he is not afraid to tell you. I waited 6 months before someone in the office let me know they were waiting on something they needed from me. No one had tried to get in touch with me. I had been there several times before on a land issue this has been dragging on over a year. They need more inter office communication too...it's all fragmented one person doesn't know what the other one is talking about if you can't get to the person that was on your case nothing moves forward and the information you called with or papers you left off are lost in the stratosphere. I have no problem with stt. Macaroni himself. He's always smiling and polite I always offers a kind word and does his part quickly and efficiently. It's the office .

My family has had multiple generations of experience with this legal service and I am being honest about what that has been like. There are multiple experiences listed below, including Realty dispute, Will and Testaments, Property and Deed transfer, and Severe failures on the part of the Law office to retain certain separations of filings. Before I say anything else, I must say this: Mecadon Law was diligent enough to respect my wishes and include me as a co-administrator of the estate of my Father whereas my twin wanted sole administrative control. Where other Law Offices may have played side ball to a single member of a party Mecadon Law did not. This means 3 stars, not 2. Now I offer the below in the hopes the best outcomes may come to fruition for Mecadon and kin and that further improvements to their legal services may occur. They could become a 4 star legal service. My Grandparents had an realty dispute regarding payment of sale for a property. Mecadon was a partnership at the time. The court records failed to state accurate information regarding this issue and was essentially a bare minimum correspondence that told there was disagreement between the parties involved. My grandfather felt shunned and let down by the law office. He did get his Will done with the law office and that was processed smoothly. My father used Mecadon law for services in the past, including a will. Unfortunately the will was never filed and though Mecadon had the draft will, they refused to show neither myself, nor my twin sister it. I assume the law office never attempted to contact my father regarding finalizing his Will. My father always spoke as if his Will was on the record. He never confirmed as such, but he acted like it. As the proceedings of my father's estate occured, a few professional lapses occurred regarding correspondence exchange of documents, some were typos, some were drama (that would have been better left in one's mind). Some were more severe. My Professional courtesy will not allow me to disclose how severe, nor what types of severety may have occurred. I am simply stating it was severe and is a MAJOR reason I will not use Mecadon Law in the future. To continue; I did not appreciate the lack of Legal forms received regarding the estate. I was told "If he had a will we would use Legal forms" and "The Courts don't like to use Legal forms anymore". I am certain the Courts retain the ability to use Legal forms, as it's Required by Law and the Courts own Procedures. Essentially I was Professionally told in between the lines that I don't deserve/didn't pay enough to receive the same level of service as my forebears. For $2,000-2,5000 on my part alone (plus bills that were sent to my twin that were never communicated to me until day of settling the deed transfer. Whereas we both should have been included in such discussions as as we are co-administrators deciding jointly) I feel we should have been given fully professional legal forms. Instead we received standard batch size printer paper for the transfer of the deed. If I would have received the same deed transfer forms as my forebears maybe I'd rate Mecadon 3.5-3.7 stars. The Severe lapse mentioned definitely keeps it under 4 stars. In summary: For 3 Generations of my family to have used their services and for 3 generations to have experienced slights of one form or another. 1) My grandparents a lost $70,0000 riverside property due to the partnerships failure to fully explain and file the facts of the case. 2) My father a lack of a filed will. 3) My twin and I, a lack of inclusion and transparency regarding his draft will, inconsistencies in billing conversations, failure to provide the same deed transfer document service offered to my Grandfather and Father. 4) The Severe failures of the Law office I will not further disclose. They did their job. Legally, I am the deeded owner of the family home. My father's estate is largely settled. In conclusion the severety of our worlds problems are throughout the entirety of its parts. I cry for all lifes future.
