Very nice and helpful at first with my slip and fall case, answered quickly for paperwork. Then there is now my current situation no one wants to return my calls Bob in particular, I am going through losing my mom and just need a simple request filled. The receptionist won't even answer, this is unprofessional and unexceptable second guessing my discion
