Set my case for a federal tort at 300k when my medical bills were 800k….. Malpractice? Also used a capper to get me to their office… Unethical?
This review is completely false and defamatory. We believe it to be written by/or at the direction of our competitor. We have also reported it to Google.
Everything had been going well until it was time to receive my! I really don't appreciate being told check would be one amount and when was time to receive the check it was $1000 less than what I was told. So in order to not cause drama, I accepted the check! I must say it makes you look pretty shady therefore I would definitely be very hesitant to request your service again or recommend you to anyone else! Thank you
All clients have the option to reject the proposed disbursement and request higher discounts from the doctors. You chose not to do that and accepted the proposed settlement. Our notes state the amount that was proposed matched the amount you accepted.<br><br>Please contact our office if you wish to rescind your disbursement and try to ask for additional discounts from the doctors. This is not normally possible once you sign to settle and disburse but I believe it’s early enough that we can hold all medical provider checks if you contact us by October 22, 2025 by close of business.
