Filled out their contact form. Heard nothing. Then called. Was told my inquiry was "passed out" to the attorneys and if they WANTED to speak with me further one would reach out. Nothing. Is this really how this stuff works? I didn't realize the hardest part of this whole thing would just be getting someone to RESPOND to me and the valid and legitimate concerns that I have.
