Worked with Adam Parker.. I pretty much did everything that he was supposed to do. Information he claims he could not get I got within the first phone call… Mail with tracking numbers were claimed to never be received but they all made it to me with no issues. The communication was absolutely terrible on there end. Didn’t have answer for a long things…. I will never go back nor recommend

I had to give myself a wk or two, to reflect and basically write a review based off of facts and not emotions, after I found myself spending FORTY FIVE DAYS in county, due to poor representation from Michael. Literally a public defender could have done a better job! Him consistently dropping the ball started immediately in my case, when my vehicle was taken to an impound as evidence in my crime, VERY bad considering I used it for work as a driver. He did very little to get it released, even told me to “quit harassing the detectives”, as it was collecting daily fees, and at the end of a very long wk, it was MY efforts that got the cops to finally release it. My case dragged on due to Covid, anytime I reached out to Michael he was short, seemingly irritated, and at times unprofessional in our conversations, sometimes disclosing details of other cases, but ALWAYS reminding me at the end of EVERY call, that I owed him money. When my sentencing finally came around, I contacted him days earlier to let him know I was gonna be a few mins late because I had to sign forms for my sons daycare, he later admitted he “couldn’t remember if he let my judge know”!! While before the judge, he stated “my client definitely has anger issues”!! Someone getting paid by ME, tells the judge this!! He actually called me a “criminal virgin”, yet I still was sentenced IMMEDIATELY, although he had told me SEVERAL times I’d get probation at the most. After being incarcerated, I was moved due to short staffing in Cuyahoga, he said he wasn’t even aware I had been transferred to another county, which I was told by a CO he definitely would’ve gotten an email, he basically ABANDONED me in jail, and only came a wk before I was to be released, after my friend had contacted him SEVERAL times, asking he contact me. When I was transferred back to Cuyahoga, there was a mixup in the paperwork and I was told I was being held another day, my friend called him on three way so we could clarify, and was APPALLED to him him raise his voice and seem to address me as some naughty toddler he was annoyed with!! He literally called me a “headcase” to the defendant in my case, which I think is DEFINITELY very unprofessional, and the day after I got out of jail, he had the nerve to contact me, claiming I still owed him money that I had paid off six months previously. I screenshotted the Zelle transactions and told him it seems like he needs to hire an accountant, at the very least. His excuse was that he doesn’t always have “files” on him, or the time to look it up. Sooo…just tell people they still owe him?!! Maybe that’s why he poorly represented me, he had it in his head I had a large outstanding balance!! Pathetic!! I was also in jail with another girl who had him as a lawyer, and had a similar outcome with her situation, promised no jail time, yet did a month for a DUI. Michael Goldberg prides himself as being a criminal defense lawyer for over 30 yrs, yet seems to possess very little people skills, or compassion for his clients. His demeanor is crude and condescending, and even though he knew I was supporting my household independently, still didn’t have the decency to disclose that jail time was a possibility, causing me to almost lose EVERYTHING, as I’m a single mom, and even though he had evidence their father was not providing a stable home, and had 3 previous domestic violence charges, including jail time, that never came up to my judge. I am STRONGLY warning anyone smart enough to heed my warning, this guy is money hungry and arrogant, and in my experience, definitely didn’t have any interest in my case for me as a client, let alone a victim in a bad situation. Five grand, and no other criminal background, got me 45 days, with no warning from the attorney that could happen. I wouldn’t recommend him to ANYONE, and warn that you are taking a chance with your freedom by investing in him.

Goldberg’s experience speaks for itself, he’s really great at what he does. If you want a lawyer to be upfront and honest with you, and really fight for you, he’s your guy!!

Astonishing representation beyond professional and was more then willing to do whatever it took to get my case dropped down to the least severe outcome possible pre trial after pre trial Goldberg did his work and got what I thought to be almost impossible results and I’m more then impressed and forever grateful, this man’s work is life changing and more then worth the hire and he’s very fair with pricing 🙏🙏

Amazing outcome for my case attorney Goldberg was not only attentive but had compassion and made me feel as though all was going to be okay. If it wasn't for this attorney I'd be facing time. ..
