This Firm was amazing!! Devin McIntire walked me through the process every step of the way and was beyond helpful! I'd be happy to recommend this Firm to all my family and friends. I was never blind sided by anything. Everything i was told was upfront, honest, and backed me 100% of the way. they took the upmost care of this combat veteran I cant say enough great things about my experience! I am now 100% rating!
Thanks Anthony for trusting us with your claims. We're always happy to help our fellow veterans through this process.
This firm has the staff and most importantly, the knowledge to navigate through the VA claims maze. Hats off to Devin, who helped me understand and get the positive outcomes. My claim was approved today. Dont give up. Call Goldberg,Goldberg and Maloney. They have the best communication and are fair when it comes to charges .
I had an outstanding experience with Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney. Devin McIntire assisted me with my VA claim and was absolutely exceptional. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cared about my case. I felt supported and confident throughout the entire process. Highly recommend their team to any veteran needing representation.
Devin McIntire and his firm has worked tirelessly to help my husband and I work through the endless paperwork and rules required to file his claim. He has been supportive and listened to me when I just needed someone to hear me. I would recommend them to any veterans trying to get file a claim for their benefits
My disability claim with the Veterans Administration floundered for over a year. When I contacted the firm they assigned me Devin McIntire. Devin has guided me through the process, never leaving me uniformed or unappreciated. He has worked with me through appeals of disability decisions, back pay discrepancies, and dueling medical claims. I would still be lost in the woods without a compass if it weren't for Devin and the team at Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney. The VA practice at the firm is comprehensive, experienced, and above all, compassionate. This old 31B would recommend them to any other veteran with claims issues.
If you are a veteran who's been dragging their feet on filing a disability claim because you hate bureaucracy as much as I do, look no further. My situation is a bit complicated and I´ve been living overseas for years but these guys didn't bat an eye. They walked me through it and maintain contact and support. Not only did they exceed my expectations they also ensured that I would be back paid, which could not have come at a better time. Seriously, give them a call. Ask for Devin
Devin and team were extremely helpful throughout my VA claim process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciated how organized and thorough they were. Highly recommend.
This is the only law firm I will use going forward. The overdelivered every step of the way. They are absolutely honest and fair. I am grateful to know them.
I have to admit, when a friend referred me to this group, I was scared. I will definitely admit these guys are like military family! Their not about the money, at least for them, their about getting us every penny that is due us! They’re all military vets or related and their knowledge is bar none! They’ll put you at ease the first time you talk to them, and use language that you will understand. Once he said “if I don’t get paid, he doesn’t get paid”! I realized I had nothing to lose. I filed myself thinking I’ll save the lawyer fee’s. I lost and got declined. Called this group and in 6 months, got 30%, and they’re still fighting for more. Trust me, they know their shit and won’t stop fighting for you. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
They truly care about Veterans. Easy to work with, and helped me through what seemed like a daunting process. Highly recommended to all fellow Vets. Very grateful to the team.
The firm of Goldberg, Goldberg, Maloney are absolutely fantastic in their professionalism , knowledge and client concern. Not only in our case but also with VA benefits . The associates work as a team , and kept us informed with the process. Special thanks to Matt, Devin , Thomas and the rest of team.
Did great work, got me everything that I asked for and more. The process was explained every step of the way, and any time I had questions they were answered promptly and accurately. Working with the Veterans Administration is never simple, but they took the hassle out of my hands and did literally everything for me. Can not recommend their services enough.
Thanks Jonathan. We're happy to have helped you through this process.
Basil and his team provided excellent service and communication during a very stressful time for us. Would highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation.
When I started searching for the right attorney on my father's behalf as he is a victim of Camp Lejeune water contamination I wanted to choose a lawyer who would look at my father as a person and not a statistic. When I looked up Goldberg, Goldberg and Maloney I immediately felt like they were exactly who I was looking for and I was right. Chad Maloney met with me and I immediately knew this group had a passion and a commitment to help the veterans who are suffering health issues due to the water contamination and that they were exceedingly qualified and knowledgable about this topic. Chad was extremely approachable, knowledgable, empathetic and made me feel comfortable with his firm immediately. They are a compassionate team and with Devin McIntire's extensive knowledge of the Veteran's Administration and how to navigate that vast system he was able to help me get my father's other VA claim issues resolved for the best possible outcome for my father. Matt Brooks has been invaluable in getting the necessary information from me to the VA and then back to me and in guiding me in the proper directions to work through the red tape that I was required to work through. To top it off this team has been incredibly easy and efficient to communicate with and never make me feel like a bother and they do an excellent job keeping clients updated on the overall status of the Camp Lejeune settlement situation. I HIGHLY recommend, and am EXTREMELY satisfied with this firm. They are wonderful to work with. I am very fortunate to have "found" them when I needed the best attorneys for my father's situation!
I wanted to take a moment to write a review for Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney. I was referred to this law firm to help me with a VA claim. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to handle your claim. On the legal side my claim was handled by Attorney Matt Brooks. He is smart, organized and empathetic. Additionally, I worked with Devin McIntire, Director of Veteran's Benefits. Devin walked me through the entire process and was invaluable in helping me navigate a very complicated system. The fact that the firm has a Director of Veteran Benefits shows their commitment to our military community. As a result of their efforts, I was granted VA benefits and am very grateful. If you are looking to file a claim or update your existing award I highly recommend Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney.
This team of lawyers "fighting for veterans benefits" are excellent. They find benefits where you didn't know they existed. Like getting me a complete exemption from paying real estate taxes. My husband was at Camp LeJeune and died of matastized prostate cancer so they put me on the list to get those benefits as well.
My father-in law was stationed in Camp Lejeune during the late 1950’s. His health recently declined after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s. I found Matt Brooks online with a simple search. After researching the firm and understanding Matt’s story I choose him to represent us in an effort to get service connection. Matt has an expert understanding of the VA process which he was able to guide us through ending with a successful outcome. He was patient, thorough, and extremely responsive. I can say with confidence that this has been the most positive attorney partnership I have ever had and I would recommend his services to anyone and especially those working with the VA.
My husband was stationed at Camp Lejeune in the 1960s and later developed lung cancer. After interviewing several law firms, I chose Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney to represent him—a decision I am deeply grateful for. Chad Maloney stood out from the start: professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Thanks to their guidance, my husband was granted 100% disability from the VA for his cancer. I understood from the beginning that settlements would take time, and I had no expectations beyond that. Then, in November, I received a call from Devin McIntire with the firm. He simply wanted me to know he was available if I ever needed help with my husband's VA benefits. I appreciated the gesture and saved his contact information. On Christmas Eve, I received devastating news: my husband’s benefits were being withdrawn. By that time, his COPD and dementia had worsened rapidly, and I was struggling to provide the level of care he needed. The cost of elder care is overwhelming, and the fear I felt was consuming. I reached out to Devin—and he took it from there. Devin and attorney Matt Brooks stepped in immediately. They delayed the benefit withdrawal twice, gathered credible medical evidence to link his worsening condition to his service-connected cancer, and kept me informed every step of the way. They responded to every phone call and email promptly, demonstrating not only legal expertise but also genuine compassion. Tragically, my husband passed away in June before the matter was fully resolved. Devin and Matt continued to guide me, helping me navigate the next steps, including referring me to estate attorney Lacee Smith, who was also outstanding. When the death certificate came back with incorrect information, I struggled for three weeks to get it corrected. The hospital bounced me between departments, and I had no clear answers. After a single meeting with Lacee, the firm contacted the hospital—and the corrected certificate was issued within hours. Just two weeks later, my husband’s disability benefits were reinstated. This now ensures that I have health coverage for the rest of my life. For all of their time, expertise, and unwavering support—there was no charge. Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney gave me strength and confidence when I had none. Their knowledge, dedication, and kindness went far beyond what I ever expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are doing a great job
Goldbergs son did not handle my case in a reasonable time frame. He contacted me about a month before my statue of limitation was to expire. Then there was no time for any other attorney to take over my case involving the negligence from chester county hospital. I have facts that he has done this to two well know people to my family. I do not recommend Goldbergs son to handle any case. My madden name was Hatfield. Yes you did take my case for me and my twin girls. Your firm waited 23 months before telling me about my statue of limitation. He should have never taken NY casein he wasn't going to pursue it in the time that was allowed. Along with 2 other family friends he did the same to them facts. Maybe someone should look into your firm about doing people this way or maybe your firm works for the people we were trying to make claims against.
Cases against medical facilities are difficult and must be thoroughly vetted by proper medical experts before being brought in Pennsylvania. For this reason, we are selective about those cases we do pursue. Fortunately for this commenter, the statute of limitations for a minor in Pennsylvania extends to two years after the minor's 18th birthday. So a claim may still be viable, should another firm wish to pursue it.
