The attorneys & legal aids assigned to my case were great, although the original legal aid assigned to my case botched the initial 4 to 6 months, which delayed my case's settlement by a significant amount of time. The new paralegal, Genesis, was fantastic and in the end (still waiting for settlement check but have signed final agreement papers), I am super happy with the settlement they helped me get. I was in a car accident in October 2023 in which I had later complications that required surgery. I called this place immediately after, sent all my info over the next few months, and in January I stopped hearing back. I emailed multiple times with no response. I finally called in April, assuming they had been working the case, and they had legitimately forgotten about me. Whoever was working the case was fired or quit and my case never got reassigned. Over the next 9 months or so, I sent multiple emails and called and did not get responses or any feedback. It was only when I asked for my full case file (essentially threatening to find a new lawyer) that they finally got it together and started moving, at which point I had 10k plus medical debt accruing interest monthly and no light at the end of the tunnel. I finally got my case resolved a few weeks ago, and they blamed the delay on the doctor’s offices taking their time to provide medical records. This is obviously not the case as I was copied on the same emails providing the records, and when I had called a few of the places, they said they hadn’t received the request. Due to the delay in responses, literally forgetting about me for three months, not taking responsibility, and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend this lawyer in any capacity. I understand that cases take time and I did get a better payout than I had expected, so I can’t discount their work, but the case was handled very poorly from a personal standpoint.

I had a wonderful experience with the Casa Grande office. Everyone I spoke to was amazing and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. I love the being able to send messages and upload documents through the app. Cheryl and Alex were amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

I got hit by a car when I was on my bike and had my bike wrecked and went with Goldberg in Osborne due to having injuries and have my only transportation wreck honestly at first there was communication then after awhile i I got a email that my original lawyer was passing my case down to a different lawyer and since then I haven’t heard anything from either the lawyer or the company very disappointed especially since we are getting close to the end of the year and haven’t even gotten a email I was hoping for justice now I have medical bills and debt just over all disappointing

I called and spoke to a Sharon last week at this location. She was a breath of fresh air compared to 2 other local law firms I contacted. She answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to assist me. Customer service like this is the reason I will do business here. In this current crazy political world, it was good to see that there was a Spanish and English speaking representative available. Thank you

1 star because i couldnt put less. This is the worst "professional" service I have ever gotten. It has been a year since the accident and I cant get anyone to call me back or give me a status. We were mistaken thinking because they were well known in the valley that we would get good service but we were wrong.

Disgusted. Withdrew representation even after having been told “fairly confident we’d be able to get you at least 50% pay out at litigation” but not willing to follow through with the case because they don’t want to accept anything less than 100% wins- too risky and not worth their time. Not fighting for their clients. No communication for 3 weeks only to be called right before a holiday that they dropped us as clients. Troy, Alejandra and Daniel- unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

I would like to thank Mike, Irene, Stephanie & the team for helping me get through this difficult process. This was my very first car accident & while I focused on my recovery (physically, mentally & emotionally) they took good care of me. I would definitely recommend Goldberg & Osborne! Thank you for everything I truly appreciate it. Although I’m still not ready to drive daily at this time, I’m confident that this journey of healing is just what I need.
