My husband, Gordon Robertson, joined a class action for asbestos related exposure. He retired in January, 2000? During the year 2001-2002 he was swimming 5 Days a week and got to the point couldn’t get from one end to the other. He developed pain when walking. After tests were ran, neurologists found blood clots in both legs. admitted to hospital January, 2003. May, 2003 he had a stroke at home. In hospital, he passed away May, 2003. I sent Goldberg Persky & White, P.C. a copy of death certificate and they were able to continue with the class action. Thank You for all you did for me and our children .
