I came into Goldman and Daskal simply looking for protection regarding an unusual collision I was involved in, as the insurance company was quick to declare me the at-fault driver when I was not. I was not thinking in terms of a settlement, but after a consultation with Glenn I realized that as the victim of the incident I was entitled to compensation. He and Jay took me through the process from start to finish, always being available or would call back in a short time for a discussion whenever I had concerns. They were very patient. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way. In the end not only did the insurance company reverse their finding, but I received more than I expected. This location is having people come to locations and harassing individuals that are not even the person needed to be served, harassed me for 3 days. I opened the door the third day saturday morning and she asked for a specific individual I said that's not me, but still leaves paperwork outside my door yelling outside of my door. Plate number JCNN73 women mid size blond hair riding a Toyota suv. Very unprofessional. Will be taking action. I called the office to ask questions as to why I have someone's else paperwork on my front door and they said they are not able to reach someone in office because theg are closed, but yet they have employees on a saturday morning banging on my door and screaming outside my door like lunatics.

Worst law firm ever, almost a year in and have never gotten an update without having to call. Haven’t heard from them in 9 months. Completely ghosted me then backed out the case with no notice. Don’t do business with these people.

Avoid at All Costs This firm claims to be “on your side,” but when you actually need them, they’re nowhere to be found. They don’t return calls, they ignore messages, and their attitude toward clients is downright disrespectful. It’s clear they care more about their own convenience than helping people. If you’re looking for a personal injury attorney who will stand by you, keep looking — these people will let you down when it matters most.
