I was in a car vs. bike accident in the winter of 2023. As the cyclist, I was injured very badly and was looking at a long recovery. I was advised to sue, but I had no idea where to start looking for a lawyer. I put out a post on my social media asking for a recommendation for a personal injury lawyer that didn't seem like a used car salesman. As it happens, one of the lawyers at Gomerman, Bourn & Associates (shout out to Ashley Pellouchoud) saw my post and reached out. I had the pleasure of being represented by Robert Hester, with assistance from paralegal Jessica Rodriguez. They were quick and clear in their communication, and took time to make sure that I understood everything along the way. The team took a special interest in my case and provided critical legal council when tough decisions had to be made. I knew that they had my best interest at heart, and that I could trust them to lead me in the right direction. I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I do, Robert and the team will be the first people I call.

I have spoken with Salma regarding the possibility of taking my case. Fantastic experience with Gomerman Bourn & Associates. Our daughter was attacked by a dog and we hired GBA. Everyone we interacted with at the firm throughout this whole process made us feel at ease. The insurance company on the other side tried to push but GBA pushed right back even harder every time. Our daughter even told us she wants to be an attorney like the attorneys at GBA so she can help kids who are attacked by dogs. Sniffle.
