I can only comment on Brian as the owner of West River Realty and my dealings with him the past 4 months. Brian has been totally unhelpful, actively obstructive and has exhibited complete incompetence. Feel free to contact me about my experience with him and many other businesses in our complex with regards to his lack of candor, effort and professionalism. Stay away from this guy and West River Realty. He even has the gall to give himself a 5 star google review. Who does that?
