Luzmina stays up to date on all changes of immigration law, and is direct in every aspect of you're individual case. She will not sugar coat and give you a false hope just to charge you, she tells you up front what the situation is and what the steps will be. We've had like 5 appointments with her and each time she takes time to explain what the following step will be. She's not mean, she's direct because she takes each case serious and makes sure there are no mistakes. I think she's better than Alan Shore and Denny Crane.
