I recently had a chance to work with Nouvelle and her team at Gonzalo Law on the sale of my business. This particular transaction was fairly complex because it involved the simultaneous sale of two companies folded into one. The scale of the transaction was in the 7 figure range. The transaction also required a Promissory Note as well as several other complex closing documents. Nouvelle and her team did an amazing job of communicating with me and managing my expectations throughout the entire process. I was always able to reach them easily and received courteous, timely and professional service. I also found that the fees charged were reasonable. The billing and payment process was straightforward. This particular transaction took place over several months. During that time Nouvelle and I developed a camaraderie that made the whole process more enjoyable and more human.
