Best to find another firm, or at least get a written estimate. In my case the quoted price did not include clerical work. This additional cost was not disclosed to me at the time I agreed to use this firm. Who knew that document prep would be extra, this is why you use an atty isn't it? I was unimpressed with timing, appointments and delivery of my final documents. I did disclosure my dissatisfaction to the atty himself but he never addressed it with me.
