The worst. They don’t know what they’re doing and insert their own opinions instead of respecting and implementing their clients’ wishes. Horrible communication. Most unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I'm a lawyer at the different firm, and I recommend this law firm for the types of cases I don't do. Andrew and Joe are great to work with and do a great job by their clients.

It would be zero stars for me if I actually had the choice to post that. Cheryl at the front desk was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even hung up on me when I started to get disgruntled about them handling my probate case. They don't know what they are doing, dont request the right documents and blame other people for their mistakes when in fact they know nothing about what they are doing. They held up my deal since October of 22 and now in a position when I am closing on land in 3 weeks and had to get a new lawyer. Totally, the worst law firm I've ever dealt with and if you want things to get done and in a professional and timely matter then stay away from this law firm. It's unbelievable.

Seems like their working for someone elses behalf rather than what's best for my interest. Take a long time to get back to you when you're told you'd be called by next week, it's been three weeks and no call.

Went to this firm due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Unfortunately the experience was very similar to what Tony Glidden describes in his review. Nothing during our visit would meet the bar of professionalism or basic competence of conducting business. Arrive to the meeting ten minutes early, no one in the office, wait for our meeting time, ring the bell, no one responds, ten minutes later have to call them from inside their building to tell them we're waiting. Andrew Dawson comes down looking like he just woke up from a nap. Doesn't know who we are or why we're there (not a walk-in, we had an appointment). In a 15 minute meeting, 10 of our questions were met with "I don't know" as a final answer. His personal conduct suggested he aggressively didn't want us there.

Steve O'Donnell was my attorney for my SSI case and not only did we get a fully favorable decision BUT he got the judge to open up an older application that was denied to go back 3 years more for retroactive benefits. Steve is a great attorney! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dont use this firm andrew dawson was appointed to be my lawyer and acted like he was too busy to handle my case. So unprofessional, i offered to pay him money so he would put in a little effort and he said i think i should just withdraw. There you go buddy you got what you asked for a lighter load.
