I had never hired an attorney before working with this firm, and unfortunately, it was an expensive lesson. I spent several thousand dollars for long phone calls and lengthy emails, only to end up with a simple state complaint filing—something I could have done myself from the start. After the complaint was filed, I heard nothing for six months. The only follow-up was an email asking if I had heard back from the state (I hadn’t). Shortly after that, Goosmann informed me they would no longer represent me. That was it—no resolution, no progress, and no accountability. Another attorney I consulted was shocked by how my case was handled and by what appeared to be unnecessary “padding” of my bill. In my opinion, this firm is more focused on billing hours than achieving results. Unless you have money to waste, look elsewhere for competent and ethical legal representation.

Working through my Divorce with Brad and team was as positive an experience as could be. Brad is always responsive and understanding, professional and able to explain issues and process's in a way that is clear concise and understandable to someone less familiar with the law and process. Brad Marsicek was my attorney for my custody case and we ultimately went to trial together. From day one, I knew he was smart, quick to take action, and had me and my child’s best interest at hand. Brad was there during the most difficult and stressful time in my life and wether it was just a phone call for reassurance or legal advice he always answered in a timely manner and was honest.
