My recommendation would be to never use this guy. He is dishonest and unethical. I am a treating provider and treated 2 mutual clients in good faith that he would safeguard the funds to settle the bill as he is legally required to do. Not only did he not safeguard the funds as he is required to do under Ohio law he lied for months about the claim settling. He personally told me 4 months after it had settled that it had not and that he would personally call me when it did. The only reason I found out it settled is because his secretary slipped up and told me. Stay away from an unethical and dishonest attorney like this.
