I have called twice for an appointment and no one has called back. I have given ample time and tried to be understanding but I think this speaks volumes of their professionalism and how they handle clients' cases.

I do not recommend attorney Cintia Canales. She failed to clearly explain my immigration options at a critical time. When my court case was dismissed in November 2022, I already had my I-130 approved and a visa available. At that point, I still did not have unlawful presence, and I had a 180-day window to leave the country and complete consular processing without needing a waiver. Unfortunately, she never informed me about this important detail. Instead, she directed me toward filing a waiver immediately, which was unnecessary at the time. Because of this lack of proper guidance, I lost the chance to take the easier path and now face a much longer and more complicated process.
