They're arrogant and dismissive. Not people youd enjoy hiring regardless of the outcome you get. You can see that from the reviews and their unprofessional responses. They advertise about helping your criminal charges and then try to belittle or villanize you when they have your info. Whether that matters is up to you.

I couldn’t say more about the exceptional service rendered by Mr. Koegler. I was facing felony charges that would have derailed my life completely; after he was referred by a trusted friend I hired Mr. Koegler for legal council. I spent only a single appearance in court and had 15 minutes of phone time Mr. K. The felony charge was dropped and I walked out with fines and court costs. Attorneys don’t get any better than that.

I did not appreciate being spoken down to. I wanted to just find out an answer to a question and he made me feel like I was just wasting his time and was irritated that I had called. It is not a way to get the business of a client by being rude and condescending! I also read some of the reviews which his responses sound extremely immature and inappropriate. Responding to clients as "Karen" when it is not their actual name is distasteful and unprofessional.

My experience was about the same of the other gentleman's review regarding a traffic citation. I hired them to fight my speeding ticket. My court date was August 11, I never heard or received any mail regarding the outcome and I even called their office and emailed asking what was the outcome. Never received any call back or mail. I then received from the State of Florida on December 2, that my license was going to be suspended due to unpaid fines and court issued 4 hour basic driving school course completion. This infuriated me since I had tried to contact them several times. I gave them 2 stars since they did actually go to court for me and I did not receive any points for my ticket, which is worth something. However, I would never hire this firm again.
