This review is specifically about Daniel Urban. We were in a very complex situation with the IRS and the process was very long and arduous and we had several different attorneys helping for a while. Eventually, due to changes at Gordon Law, our was case was transferred to Daniel's attention. From the start he showed a sincere dedication and commitment to assisting me in reaching a resolution. He helped navigate some very difficult times and always showed the highest level of respect to us. I've had many experiences dealing with Gordon Law since 2020 and I have been unable to find a better firm when working through complex tax issues, especially with crypto. Every person that I've dealt with here has been extremely knowledgeable on cutting edge information relating to taxes. Daniel Urban in particular recently led me through the steps to successfully file and ultimately have my Offer in Compromise accepted by the IRS, something I for a long time never thought would be possible since it involved many years of tax returns containing extensive crypto transactions. I can't thank him enough and likely would not have had my OIC accepted without his help. So many years of stress finally resolved!

Let me start by saying there is no need to go anywhere else! They are very prompt, know exactly what there looking for and know what they are doing with working with the IRS. I contacted Michael Brandwein at Gordon Law to fix mistakes made on my taxes and fbar for multiple years, and to file my current taxes which were complicated by moving internationally and having cryptocurrency sales which were not tracked by an exchange. I discussed several concerns with Michael and he addressed all of them and recommended how to fix those mistakes. There are also some gray areas relating to international account reporting and cryptocurrency for which there is no published guidance which he advised on. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I had several questions and he responded to them quickly. If you have a complicated issue, you are in good hands.
