Amazing and caring attorney

All I can say is if you have money to spend on a divorce. Because this attorney is about her rates if you have money. Just like any attorney, they would hired her from my case. And? Basically was charged for emails and phone calls. Which one would think, since? That's an attorney that you're spending money on that. They would be able to talk to you but they charge you for every phone call every email. So by the time it comes to your trial, you don't have any money left over so if you're on a strict budget, I do not recommend this attorney and that you have money for this attorney to fight for yeah, and she left me high and dry during my trial and of course they're. Going to make their comments on here. But these are facts and I don't need to lie. I'm still going through a very difficult situation. Cause I did not have the money for this. It's about money. It's not about your time. It's about how much money you can waste even on a simple dissolution of a marriage but my case was simple but with a minor child, Janet never defended me in my cases. The opposing council was pretty much. The one running the show and dropping app orders. And then my attorney was like which was just for. Me to agree because again I didn't have the money. The only thing that she did in the courtroom was when the respondent was trying to take away our daughter when I had an active restraining order. And the opposing party hired his own brother to have me follow which is against the law. I had to at the end now that my trial is done. Hire a new attorney and this was what was told to me with law. So yes, all these attorneys are in with each other. Because they all went to law school together and they all go to their parties. So unless you have a lot of money to fight your X in court, just let you know you need to have money if you're poor or on a strict budget. You will not win and that you have a good attorney that's helping you out.

Im not familiar with courts or lawyers terminology . But I can say that this is the worse lawyer as you call them ever existed . She took all my money retainer fee, fees for back and forth Emails etc . Attorney promised me the world and never once went in front of the Judge this case took more then 6 months and I’m still married and she withdrew from the case . She’s a CROOK . Shame on you !!

Nothing professional I hired her for $ 2500 at 3 weeks I had not sent the documents to my husband and he found out from the letters of the lawyers that they sent him by mail on the fourth week it was that they were done when he already knew , I always had to call about my case because they never called me, they told me that they had sent the motion to court and I realized that it was a lie when I went to the office and they did it in front of me at last after 6 months the hearing arrived A few days ago he told me that if I wanted to, he would represent me at the hearing that I had to give him $ 2000 more. Draw your own conclusions that Janet Gorguis is so professional. I do not recommend it to anyone women
