I contacted this law firm about completing a standard will. I intentionally chose them as a woman-owned firm. While they were communicative at first, they never responded to confirm a meeting we set and didn't respond to my 3 follow up emails. I definitely can understand things can get busy, but it was disappointing to go through the leg work of finding them, contacting them, setting a date and then having them ghost me. I was unimpressed with the unprofessionalism of the attorney and the office assistant.

Called theses guys on multiple occasions, was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Would not want to have these guys as my representation when you need it.
