This is the poorest service I've ever experienced, the lady in the reception - hanged up on me twice when I was trying to ask her if they can help with our case. She was so rude and unprofessional. I even called back to ask why she hanged up, we need an attorney assistance, and she said: "Really? Why do you call us? We won't help you" I am literally shocked with this service. 0 points not more
