Overall nice lady. She even cut her retainer for me which made me believe that she would actually help me but she didn't. Instead during mediation she spent the whole time telling me how much I was overreacting because I was crying inconsolably about having to share custody of my child with a narcissist and instead of assisting me and figuring out different things I could put in place to make this custody arrangement easier or how to help me work up to whatever. She just kept telling me how much her reputation meant to her and that I needed to calm down and now I get the joy of dealing with that narcissist over the weekends. My kid takes formula. She doesn't get enough and there's nothing I can do about it because Grace didn't help me figure anything out cuz she was too worried about her reputation and how upset I was.

Divorce is hard, most that has been through can agree on that. Grace Studer is an exceptional attorney that made that process smooth. I found myself being sued for $9.5 million, along with several other defendants, for defamation, etc. related to an animal cruelty charge where the pup Dallas was starved to death. When my EAP referrals wouldn't take the case, Grace did. She was so professional from the very beginning. Her communications were prompt and thorough, as she explained everything as we went along. Grace filed a TPPA motion when none of the other lawyers did. This essentially was a motion to have the plaintiff pay our legal fees. At the first (Zoom) hearing, the judge laughed and said even he had never heard of it! He gave all the others 14 days to ALSO file the motion. Which they did. So, thanks to Grace, the others will also receive their legal fees back. She's amazing, brilliant, professional, and a dog lover. What more could you ask for??? Grace represented me in a criminal case that I should've served jail time for, but she really fought for me and got me probation. She also represented me in my divorce case, and I was very pleased with her responsiveness and willingness to fight for me and stand up for me and my wants.
