I have dealt with many attorneys throughout the years being in real estate myself in many different states. The Graham law firm LLC is by far the worst law firm I have ever used. They will refuse to fix their problems without charging you. I think they do this to create their self more work. The supreme court of Georgia will be investigating my complaint with them. I urge anybody else that has problems with them to do the same. Hope this saves someone from a bad law firm.
We cannot do another deed three days after the closing for free. I'm sorry, that's the way it is, and I'm glad another attorney (who used to work for us) was able to do your second deed for you. (and he probably charged you what we would have). This is what we call failure to communicate. We try to meet our client's needs, but we are not mind readers. Sometimes, I wish we were, but that'd be pretty scary, wouldn't it?)

Zero star service. Hard to get in touch with. Closing delays, additional documents requested less than 12 hours before closing (meaning somebody didn't do a diligent title search to begin with ) and then more delays. A closing that was scheduled for Oct 20, it is still ongoing as of Oct 30. I wouldn't recommend this firm at all. So many other customer service oriented lawyers in town, don't waste your time and money with this firm.
I suspect this was all because of the lender, we always do our best to meet our clients' needs. But because , by Georgia law, we represent the lender in a closing, we have to deal with what the lenders require, sometimes hours before (OR even after) the scheduled closing time, I suspect this was a last minute surprise from the lender's underwriting agents. We have absolutely no control over that, but we do try to minimize the impact as best we can. I have no idea who Leasing TPP is, they are not in our database as a client or a buyer/borrower) but if you were one of our closings, you can always call us (use the telephone, it's always better than anonymous online complaints later after the closing when we can't address your issues), we will always try our best to help you if you contact us before the closing, instead of complaining after the closing when we have no control over the situation. btw, if the lender makes us do something, we have no control over that, whether we (or you) like it or not. We'll do our best, but remember the Golden Rule-- They who have the gold make the rules. and that's not us. we don't like it either, that's just the way it is.
