Unprofessional and unaccountable for failure to complete their contractual obligations

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was referred to Attorney Grant Schwarz by another attorney and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was professional, responsive, and followed up consistently. Excellent work from start to finish—highly recommended.

This place is an absolute joke. I hired attorney Grant to represent me, and honestly, I could have gone to court by myself and done everything he did—because he did nothing meaningful for my case. Every time I called, he never answered. He never replied to emails. All I ever got was, “We’ll take a message and he’ll call you back,” and the call never came. The assistants say the same thing every time but no one actually follows up. This firm is unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Grant handled a complex personal criminal case for us and we were very pleased with his representation, and the outcome. He did an excellent job understanding the facts of the case, putting in the time to explain things to us in a way we would understand, and creating a strategy that got us to a reasonable conclusion. I believe the work he put into it was probably much more than expected when he took the case, but he was dedicated all of the way through. He truly cares about his clients. I would never recommend this law firm. After they capture their clients with great care and kindness, but once they take the case, it is a lack of attention, irresponsibility, rudeness and more because I had to make many calls throughout the entire period of time that I was with them so that they could give me information about my case, (since they told me "we will call you" and they only did it to tell me the dismissal of my case), every time I called and managed to get through, they took action from the little they did, such as sending 3 letters to the hotel and since they did not receive a response from the hotel at any time, they dismissed my case, all this happened from 03/2022 to 11/2023, that is, 20 months to dismiss my case, that is too long, that was an act of serious irresponsibility. My new lawyer in 7 months has already filed a formal complaint. If you thought my case was nonsense, you wouldn't have taken it and I wouldn't have wasted my time with you.

I unfortunately hired this lawyer back in 2022 to assist me with my case. The communication from the start was great. It wasn’t until I paid the initial $2500 fee of the total $5000 that the communication started to become really poor. I would persistently reach out to him for info regarding my case and would hardly hear back from him. My biggest issue was that he advised me that I was being sued for $7000 when in actuality it was close to $14k! Talk about false information. But it doesn’t stop there! He OFFERED to assist me with getting my record expunged after my case closed and did absolutely nothing! I contacted his office and spoke with Jimmi, his assistant only to find out that after 2 months of receiving my application, it was not filed with the SA office. So I took matters into my own hands and did the entire process myself. My record was expunged 2 months after I filed it. Mr. Shwarz told me it would take 6 months! Ha! What a joke. 09/16/24: Interesting that you can respond here but my last several emails and text messages were never responded to. Point proven....

Very Friendly Great Communication Will Refer

Grant decided to take on my case without any hesitation. With his in depth knowledge of criminal law and easy to talk to personality, my case was resolved and dismissed. Grant made me feel comfortable as well as keeping constant communication with me while answering any questions I may have. You will not be disappointed with him and his services as well as his amazing teammates. He came in and did what he said he would do👍 Hire him with no hesitation.

I had a major issue against one of the big banks, Grant was able to settle the matter in my favor with just a few letters to their customer service department without the need to litigate the matter through the courts.
