Very thankful for the team here! They prolonged what should have been a very short divorce by enticing their client to file 15 motions all 15 denied by the judge! this raked up over 70,000 in legal fees for them without finalizing a thing! I have to hand it to Denise for his amazing ability to prove to the GAL what religion I am with statements like: "he is a Muslim and doesn't believe in Jesus" with him proving this, it allowed me to get more custody of my children! Denises cut throat mentality by lying to the judge, gave me custody of my dog. Thank you! Hi, I was struggling with my divorce case for more then one and half year with another attorney, didnt had any idea about what was going on. I was new to this country ended up being a domes Abuse victim didn’t knew the laws was just paying the fee and had no idea what was going on then found this firm from Leslie the paralegal to my attorney Miss Wechter to Mr. Denis Gravel everyone made me feel on the first conversations that I am in right hands and hence was proved the case dragging for one and a half year was solved in two months and the dates were also close to each other no more waiting they discussed every step with me guided me with legal terms gave me a clear picture of what’s going on. And are ready to help me where ever I need them in the future as well. Just regreted why I didn’t found them earlier but I am just glad whenever I found them I did. God bless them always 🙏

I had the pleasure of having Jocelyn Gravel - Wechter as my attorney for my dissolution of marriage, as well as her excellent team (Leslie and Marco). I received such professional and helpful advice and support. I felt confident in trusting her with my divorce/settlement. They go above and beyond to make sure I understand the process and made things very easy for me, considering the circumstances (with this being an emotional and stressful situation for me). Everything was done as quickly as possible (on Jocelyn’s end). I have to admit that I saw a huge difference in the quality I received vs the low quality & inappropriate behaviors of the opposing counsels attorneys. Jocelyn treated everyone with respect and dignity, she was polite, professional, highly intelligent, highly educated and she knew what she was doing, as opposed to the opposing counsel, who were both clearly inexperienced, incompetent and incorporated unnecessary remarks, inappropriate actions and untruthful accusations. 5 stars does not do this team justice... I retained Denis in a time of need when I had been left feeling let down by previous representation. I was referred to Denis and his team by a very close friend. It was obviously a very trying decision to change representation a quarter of the way through a suit, I, myself had started. However, the very first time I had spoken with Denis, I knew this was the right move for me and I felt confident in providing the retainer and instilling my trust in Denis and team. You never get everything you want but I will say that I left with nothing taken from me or feeling defeated. The entire process with Denis and his team was as seamless as it could be given the circumstances of a lawsuit. Denis is a very compassionate, selfless, and trustworthy man. He was fair and understanding when it came to payments and timelines with finances. There were many reviews I read when choosing firms, but you can never be sure. I promise you with this team, you can be sure you are putting your legal matters into the right hands. Denis and his team were supportive, understanding, and kind; they fought fairly for me. The Law Firm of Denis M. Gravel & Associates recently represented me in my divorce case. The Court proceedings and adjudication was not long or complicated. My Attorneys were very involved in the process and did all in their power to raise my confidence level and enhance my belief in the Criminal and Civil Justice Systems in our Nation's history. Don't recommend. It seems that the only good attorney left that firm. I began working with this firm last yr regarding my divorce. My case was taken by Sara Robers and Mr. Gravel. They were both amazing and got my case going right away. As my case progressed my work was mainly with Ms. Roberts. She was amazing and supportive but unfortunately left the firm sometime in Oct/Nov 2023 and my case was transferred to Jocelyn Gravel Wechter. From the minute Ms. Roberts left my experience became disappointing. To begin with, I was not informed by the firm that Ms. Roberts left or who was going to be taking over my case. Evetually I had to request a meeting with, who ever was taking over, due to concerns with case. That is when I had my first interaction with Jocelyn. She was so apathetic and rude. She made me feel like my concerns were not valid and a bother. She proceeded to recommend I submit a request for temporary child support due to "potentially having case still take up to 6 months." When Ms. Roberts had previously informed me that it could be a few more months until finalizing divorce. All contact became so unprofessional, even with other paralegals. Constantly being told they didn't know my case and during this time I was also cc'd to emails of someone else's case (this included privet information with time and dates of meeting to transfer valuable items). The firm had more contact with me regarding my outstanding bill than my actual case. I attempted to work with them and expressed my concers to Mr. Gravel directly. He seems to be really concerned with my outstanding balance stating "disappointed with you for not making a payment." He also appeared to excuse all other concerns but even than I still agreed to a meeting with Jocelyn (after being informed that it was a no charge meeting). This meeting didn't occur due to Jocelyn stating I called to late, which was 5min after appt time. An appt time that was an hr before my court time. Which she appeared to have no issue in attending. That is when I decided to end all work with the firm paid my balance in full and seeked council from Ms. Roberts at her new firm. Begining of Feb 2024 I bagan working with Ms. Roberts and it is confirmed that my divorce will be finalized by end of March 2024. From my experience this firm appears to be profit oriented than client oriented. They appeared to seem to want to prolong my case with unnecessary stuff to accrue a higher balance. When I questiined their ethics and professionalism I was treated as if a Latina Women wouldn't have any knowledge. Trying to justify the HIPAA violation and submission of unnecessary petiton to the courts. Please be cautious with their services.
