I had an injury and contacted two lawyers before Austin, but none of the two was interested in representing me. The defendant and their insurance were very uncooperative, but Austin dealt with them with great sense of professionalism until the insurance got committed. Then after a long feet dragging, they gave us an offer that wasn't good. Austin again guided me professionally in taking some difficult decisions, until the offer was reviewed and we had a good settlement. He also disbursed the funds quickly without keeping me in further suspense, and I did not think any of the other two lawyers could have got anything better for me. Above all, Austin has great interpersonal skills and I was glad for having him to represent me.
