I sought GWLS for help with an adoption. The process began early in 2023. I was told we should wait for six months because we just moved back to Texas. I hired Ms. Dove, paid for the service in full, and waited the six months. Once the waiting period was over I visited the office and called Ms Dove repeatedly to no avail. I finally opened a case with the State Board which forced the communication. The owner asked for another opportunity - I didn’t want to start over. All I wanted was to finalize the adoption. The adoption finally happened December 2024. There is one last thing I have been waiting to receive for over a year - the new birth certificate from Georgia. Again calls and emails to Ms Dove were not returned. I took upon myself to contact Georgia about the birth certificate and come to find out - they never received the request. I let Ms. Dove know what I learned and what Georgia required. Her response was “that explains why we haven’t received anything - I thought I sent everything off” - this response from her after a year of waiting. She said she would have the documents for me to pick up. When I went to get the documents - all documents were not there or I didn’t know what each item was. I am waiting again for phone calls or emails. I don’t know what else to do. The receptionist is very good at her job by keeping people at bay but how does this help me? I do refer this service to people because not everyone can afford expensive lawyers, but I also caution them about how GWLS conduct business. I pray I never have to use GWLS again.

Really bad! I will never recommend. They barely keep in touch with you. They don't call They dont give update. Basically you are on your own. Ms. Rachel Dove has not done much. I am very disappointed

Do not recommend- I've been trying to get a divorce for over a year. I call and email... Leave message after message- she's fully paid and I get no calls back, no emails back. I was told on our last call almost a month ago that she was going to do something before the end of day.... Still nothing. Again that was the exact thing I was told back in July and it still hasn't been done.... Whoop whoop I'm backkkkkk..... 5 months LATER and still no divorce- MIND you everything is phone calls so I have no proof for you, however I was told I still owed money,went to pay it then told I wasn't. I did get a meeting, only to be told I have to WAIT until end of MAY OR JUNE to be divorced... It's been going since OCTOBER 2023... SO you tell me how long it's been...

I don’t recommend it at all my friend has been trying to divorce for 6 months the first 3 months they forgot his case and the next 3 months they don’t give him an answer they haven’t done anything 6 months trying to get him divorced and the poor guy keeps trying since it’s an easy case they are already separated he already has a chield support assigned the two parts want the divorce but unfortunately the lawyer doesn’t pay attention to her clients they have a bad service I don’t recommend them they only know how to charge but not work

The said they would help me get visitation rights with my son. Then 2 weeks later they said they were over booked. I have no where else to turn. I can't afford 5000 for a lawyer. I know they help people I just wish someone could help me be a father to my son.

I would give a negative one if possible. Very unprofessional with the way she carries herself in court. Taunting facial expressions and will talk/look at you as if you’re below her when you don’t understand lawyer lingo. Will also lie to your face about what is put in a decree just to get a win.
