I ordered a business contract through them. It was a week late. I submitted comments asking for the contract to be revised to fix that contract, and it has been 2 weeks AND IS STILL NOT DONE. I have called multiple times, and I cant even get someone on the phone. So I leave voice messages that dont get responded too, I send emails that are ignored. It is clear they do not value my business or my time, and they make obligations they are not willing to keep. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I supported my step sister (with disabilities) in hiring Travis for a special needs trust, paying $2,000 with the promise we’d get everything we needed to fund it quickly so she could apply for much needed Medical Assistance . That didn’t happen. The intial appointment was acceptable-though they didn't include me as we all agreed when setting up the appointment- I waited for an hour after the receptionist told me they'd call me into the meeting. Additionally, the trust’s EIN was never provided, and after weeks of ignored calls and messages, we only got a response after involving the BBB and Utah State Bar. We had to find the EIN elsewhere ourselves. This kind of delay could seriously harm disabled individuals who don’t have advocates. While we did receive a partial $500 refund (after lots of pushing for it), this experience leaves me questioning his communication, reliability, and expertise. It was a stressful and less than satisfactory experience. Families should be cautious.

I am soo grateful to have found Travis to represent me, i would have been railroaded by the courts if i didnt have his representation. I highly recommend him

It took awhile to get it done. But In the end this law firm stuck with it, and worked with me on payment. All and all very satisfied with their work and help. Thanks again

Steer clear! Worst legal experience I’ve ever had. I paid good money and got nothing but excuses and delays.. as a result I finally made Travis Christiansen Withdraw as my attorney and would rather represent myself. I will definitely be able to fair better than a person who charges for everything and in return gives “No Results”. Beware! You will end up in a worse position! If I could give zero stars I would!

Not satisfied at all. I paid good money for this attorney to help me thru my custody matter. I shared my concerns on why I had a protective order in place ..he said he doesn't agree with them and there not worth having 1 up. The protective order was dropped and I was left signing custody papers I was not satisfied with and I hired him? He gave my child's father everything he was asking for and was telling me his attorney needs them signed by a certain date. I shared my concerns on he constantly is in and out of rehab or using and couch surfing and on drugs. He's been arrested on multiple drug charges. Been to rehab so so so many times to avoid things and then gets out and does the same stuff. He never has paid child support since this child has been born and anytime he does he runs from jobs anytime they collect. I called this attorney a week after these custody papers were signed and he wanted another retainer fee even tho I already paid and was left signing custody papers that were not written up properly or fair. His grandma mentioned he had relapsed and is no longer allowed at her home. So those custody papers were signed while he was under the influence is what I'm understanding and he was the 1 using and I was the 1 getting hair follicle tests and everything else but he wasn't. ? It just makes no sense to me this attorney should of listened more to my side and realized this parent isn't a fit parent and not tell me later on let's switch the custody papers and charge you more no those custody papers should of never been signed and I should of never been rushed and told those need to be signed. Now protective orders continue getting dismissed and more and more harm continue happening to me my life my kids and my home. And this father is never going to want anything but access to control abuse manipulate and harm me and my children. He doesn't want the child he wants control there is a big difference and attorneys and courts need to look more into narsaistic parents that do this . They don't want the child they don't pay anything for the child help with the child they only want custody of the child to give to the grandparent and go out and use drugs and play around like a teenager that doesn't want to grow up. Attorneys need to look more into the person trying to push for custody matters as are they able to provide. ? Do what it takes to get what they are asking for. Or is it there the father they can be drugs living house to house. Using . And avoiding child support and any responsibility. ? I was not satisfied with this attorney at all now I have very unfair custody papers signed and more things happened to me my kids and my life since these have been signed.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Boyack Christiansen Legal Solutions during my divorce. From the very beginning, it felt like I had no one truly advocating for me. Despite the fact that there were no kids involved, and my ex had her own business — a business I helped build by putting her through college, paying her business taxes, and funding her overhead costs — she still walked away with all the proceeds from the house sale. What’s worse, I had to do most of the negotiating myself. My lawyer seemed disinterested and unmotivated. I was the one who fought to reduce the alimony (indentured servitude) from 20 years to 10. Meanwhile, my ex had a legal team that was clearly fighting for her every step of the way. The imbalance was undeniable. The situation only got worse. I was falsely accused of cheating — a blatant tactic used for leverage — and found myself surrounded by females who showed no interest in challenging those claims. I had no male representation, and it felt like my voice was ignored. If you’re looking for a law firm that will fight for you, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Boyack Christiansen Legal Solutions left me feeling isolated, unsupported, and ultimately worse off than I should have been. I would not recommend them to anyone in need of real advocacy.
