I contacted this firm multiple times over a two-week period and was never given the opportunity to speak with an attorney, despite repeatedly calling and clearly explaining the legal services I needed. On my final call, I specifically requested to speak with an attorney because two weeks had passed without any follow-up or outreach. After receiving no response, I informed the firm that I was no longer interested in their services. Three days later, I received a one-sentence email stating that they could not assist me, after I had already waited two weeks without attorney contact. This firm was recommended to me by the bar association, which made this experience especially disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

When I needed to find a lawyer for myself, my grandson and his wife I spoke to many attorneys. Kaitylin made rhe best impression on me so we went to the office to meet her and Jennifer. The meeting went very well and we decided to hire your firm at the meeting. Any time we had a question all we had to do was call and we were treated with great respect. I had a very serious MVA and the other part was 100% at fault and caused permanent injuries to me. I tried working with them to no avail, so at the last minute before the 3 year limit was reached, I contacted Kaitlyn Copeland per a recommendation from a family friend. She acted quickly, showed immense compassion to my situation, and worked through all of the red tape. Due to other driver's coverages, I was not thrilled with the settlement offered but Kaitlyn worked hard to make it as fair as possible. And given my PTSD from the accident, she did it all virtually for me which I will always be eternally grateful for. I normally feel lawyers are very impersonal and not concerned for their clients, only the settlement, but Kaitlyn changed that. Although I hope I never need an attorney for something like this - she will be my first call. Kaitlyn and Jennifer helped me through a difficult situation.

I would absolutely not recommend Green Mistretta Law firm to anyone I know. Your office strung me along for almost 2 years just to drop my case a week before statue of limitations took effect. Just because the opposite party didn't agree with the case. Your office didn't even attempt to recover compensation for my losses. So I would give your office a 0
