Arron lied to me about evidence that he supposedly heard was out dated from his colleagues. Strung out my case and talked to his colleague again and was mistaken? I got the full sentence for DUI Marijuana. I am being punished as if it was alcohol and I was hammered. The evidence that came back wasn't consistent with proper blood handling and Arron did nothing! Bad lawyer. Avoid if possible.

Missed steps: I retained Green and Ritchie to restore my firearm rights. While they had good communication and ultimately were successful in restoring my firearm rights, they forgot a huge step. That step was submitting my firearm restoration order to Washington State Patrol. It took me getting denied for a conceal carry license, and having to reach out to WSP to find this out. WSP reported they never received the order, so after I submitted it to them I am now having to wait another 30ish days. Overall they will get the job done for a reasonable price, just ensure that all boxes are checked.

I had called earlier to receive a little information about getting some old charges vacated off my record. I didn't have the best conversation with one of the front ladies. I had to deal with an unfounded domestic violence case. I’m sure many people say it isn’t their fault or this or that but I truly was innocent and I didn’t feel that I should have to have something on my record or go through a year worth of anger management classes when I’m probably the most level headed person you’d know. The Justice system didn’t seem to have any care about actual justice. They were going to pursue this until the end and they would’ve taken me to trial and I probably would’ve gone to jail for a while over a simple misunderstanding. Passionate, confident, honest, and Above all gets results. got a DUI in September 2019. It was a very stressful situation. Prior to hiring Mr. Green, I was recommended to go consult with a different law office. I hired them and explained to them that I had a DUI 13 years ago, and this would be the 2nd time. They reassured me that it was far back that it won’t count against me. We went to our 1st court appearance, and come to find out, the prosecutor counted this as a second offense, and my attorney was clueless about the change in the law. I was offered jail time, work crew, DUI charge, and fines. I was terrified. Weeks passed and the attorney kept saying that he was building rapport with the prosecutor. He started negotiating my deal prior to receiving discovery evidence. He then told me that the prosecutor is offering me pretty much the same deal that was offered at the 1st hearing and that he thinks it’s a good deal. He also suggested that I wait until the last court date and that sometimes they have better offers waiting . In other words the prosecutor did not want to make deals, especially on second offense. I did not want to leave anything to chance.I let my attorney know that I was done and wanted to change counsel. He gave me a partial refund and recommended another law office, and then asked me if I had already found counsel. I mentioned that I was thinking about hiring Mr. Green, and he advised that I go see a different firm that only did DUI’s. Trust me, speciality does not mean good service, it’s like wholesale, they get you in and out with mediocre results. I lived it. Enough about that. The best thing I did is hire Mr. Jack Green. From the moment we started talking, I felt the confidence he had. He interviewed me thoroughly, he laid out a step by step game plan. he requested every peace of evidence that could made available, to include the cam footage from the officer, and to interview the officer who pulled me over. He was also very upfront about the difficulty of my case being a second offense, and that the prosecutor was not interested in making deals on second offenses period. That did not discourage him. He asked to be positive and let him do what he is best at. He kept digging until he found a violation in the cam footage from the officer. It looked like the officer had his hand slightly inside my vehicle cabin wish turned out to be a violation. He got the prosecutor to reduce the DUI to a wreck less driving, no jail time, and 2 days community service. It was a sigh of relief. I am 100% certain that if I had not made the change of counsel, the charge would off ruined my life and cost me my job. I am very grateful. I also really appreciate his office staff, who been with him for many years and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
